In the early 90s, I formed the Blindside Blues Band with bassist Greg Chaisson and drummer Jeff Martin, formerly of Jake E. Lee’s Badlands, with the goal of creating a hard-hitting blues sound in vein of Cream, Jimi Hendrix and Robin Trower. Over the years and various line-up changes, the BBB released fourteen albums for Shrapnel Records, Akarma Records and the Grooveyard. This release, their 15th overall and first for Jib Machine, was recorded live at the Satyr Blues festival in Tarnobrzeg, Poland on September 13, 2014 then mixed and mastered by Brandon Youngs at Track Six Recording in Cleveland, OH.
